 ONE VOICE was a joint appeal to benefit Lutherans Concerned / North America, Extraordinary Lutheran Ministries (formerly Lutheran Lesbian & Gay Ministries) and Wingspan Ministry of St Paul-Reformation Lutheran Church in our work for the welcome and full participation of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in the Lutheran Church. More than 300 donors, including seven Reconciling in Christ congregations, have given or pledged nearly $1,600,000 to ONE VOICE. Of this amount, $1,409,361 is from gifts and pledges ranging from $5,000.00 to $100,000. And of the amount raised, more than $1,000,000 has already been paid and distributed to the partners.
The ONE VOICE campaign (which was launched in July 2004 at Gather Us In) concluded in March of 2007, so that we are no longer soliciting pledges. However, if you would like additional information about the campaign, including campaign leadership and the final table of gifts, you will find it here.
